Microsoft Introduces New Zune Lineup

Microsoft is going to try again this year to outsell the iPod lineup. Microsoft has unveiled its latest
version of the Zune digital media player, including a
new hard drive model, and a new flash model, which should compete with the iPod Nano.
The new hard drive Zune will offer 80GB of storage, wifi syncing capabilities, and a 3.2 inch screen. The Zune will sell for $250 which is the same price as the 80GB iPod Classic.
The new flash Zune offers 4GB and 8GB (Same as iPod Nano), featuring a 1.8 inch screen, the same wifi functionality as the 80GB Zune, and will sell for $150 and $200.
The new Zunes also feature touch-sensitive navigation via a pad they call the "Zune Pad." Battery Life statistics for the new lineup have not been released, and you can expect to find these in stores in November.
