I have worked on remote teams and I can’t imagine life without GoToMeeting. I don’t know what else is out there in terms of competition, but the ease and the cost of it has kept me happy and kept me away from looking at competitors.
But just out of curiosity, what is the competition?

I love GTM too. I have used it for everything. Conduct interviews, customer presentations, team meetings, demos, etc… It works well.
I wish it had integrated audio though. You have to call a regular phone to hear audio. When using it within the US, I just use my cellphone; but when talking overseas, I use it along with Skype and save a ton of money. You will need a good network connection though.
