FormSpring–Web Forms Made Easy

Posted on 24 October 2007 by Nion

We all encounter web forms–surveys, registration forms, contact forms, and whatever else a site may present. As common as they are, nobody expects to encounter trouble when it comes time to create one of their own. For those who don’t have the time to give it a second thought, FormSpring makes creating forms of all types easy.

FormSpring is an easy-to-use web application that allows users to upload their own forms and create forms from templates or from scratch. Tools for creating forms include text fields, email fields, select lists, check box options, radio button options, and date and time fields. Each tool has additional options to shape a form that is most suited to the creators needs. Forms can be hosted with FormSpring or on your own site.

There are several other form building services out there, but FormSpring offers better packages than a few of the other web based services. FormSpring’s packages range from a free package to the unlimited $80/month package. Packages can be downgraded or upgraded at any time and FormSpring accounts themselves are always free.

FormSpring is a product of Recursive Function and has recently started offering Multi-User accounts. To try it out, create a free demo form at www.formspring.com.
