A Bloggers Use for Stixy

Have you been searching for a Web-based program that will allow you to upload information EXACTLY how you want to? Stixy can be useful for bloggers if you are in need of a bulletin board type program that has no restrictions.

Stixy allows you to open Stixyboard where you can post notes, photos, documents and To-Do lists to keep yourself organized or to share them with others.

My helpful blog use for Stixy is that I can take several screen shots of an item that I wish to use in a blog posting and I can arrange them exactly how I want them to be seen on my Stixyboard. Once it is perfect, I can snag the image from my screen and I have a custom picture for my postings.

I have seen a lot of personal information management tools and programs but none come close to Stixy’s simplicity and user friendly interface. You do not have to conform to this product; it is what you want it to be. Programs that I have used in the past look similar but they do not operate similarly in the sense that if I want to add a picture in one place – it slowly gravitates toward a specific grid placement location that the program already has designated. Programs that do this are not helpful. Stixy is much better and allows you to put your content wherever you want. You can even place things on top of each other and toggle between the two layers.

Guests can also access your boards and you can even allow guests to add, remove or edit items on your board. This could be a good idea if you had a party and you want to open the board to all of your guests to post their own pictures from the event.
